How much will an investigation cost me?
Absolutely nothing. There is never a charge for what we do. We do accept donations for use in further equipment purchase,paranormal studies, and travel expenses and they are greatly appriciated.
Are there different kinds of hauntings?
There are different classifications of hauntings. They are as follows:
1.) Residual haunting.
2.) Intelligent haunting.
3.) Poltergeist haunting.
4.) Demonic haunting.
Can an investigation be done at any time of the day or night?
Paranormal activity can happen at any time, day or night. For that matter, the answer is yes. As to whether or not we can do an investigation during the day or night, yes we can. Depending on work schedules for those that will be investigating, we can work it out and speak to you further about it.
Can you explain what you will be doing while on my property?
We will first do a walk through of the place you request us to investigate. This is when we take notes of areas where we want to set up equipment, and also get baseline readings if they were not done during the interview process. Then we will proceed with setting up the equipment and monitoring it. Once we are done, we take down the equipment and do a walk through with the owner to make sure everything is to their satisfaction and left as it was when we arrived.
Will the investigation be confidential?
Our investigations are confidential if you request it. Your privacy is our utmost concern.
Can I invite family and/or friends for the investigation?
Clients are asked to have only essential people at the investigation. Family and friends will enjoy reviewing the data provided to the client, however the data gathered during the investigation itself may be compromised and/or contaminated by the presence of extraneous voices and other noises. To allow us to provide the purest results possible, we ask that only those persons who can help provide access or answer occasional questions posed by investigators be present during the actual investigation.
How soon before I get information on the results?
This will largely depend on what kind of evidence if any that we get. It takes time to go through the evidence, and then there may be a need to do a follow-up. After an investigation is completed, a thorough analysis of all data obtained must be conducted. We strive to complete this analysis within two weeks of the conclusion of an investigation, and provide our final report and its findings to you. Please keep in mind, however, that we are strictly a volunteer organization, and its members have a variety of obligations (full-time careers, family issues, etc.) that may delay the presentation of our findings to you. In all cases, though, we will make every attempt to return our findings to you as quickly as possible.
What will I receive after the investigation is complete?
Clients will receive a complimentary copy of any anomalous data gathered during the investigation.
Why are ghosts here?
It appears that they are here for various different reasons. Some may have unresolved issues in which they are not ready to cross over. Some are attached to houses or land. Some are actually attached to people or a particular person. And some may have died unexpectedly and have "lost their way".
What are the signs of a haunting?
Hauntings may occur in several different ways. Some of the signs are the feeling of a presence, unexplained noises or sounds, electronics that unexpectedly come on or off, voices being heard, seeing something out of the corner of your eye on a consistent basis, or seeing a ghost in full form.
What information will you need from me?
Any history you may have on the location. Above all your honesty. Please disclose all activity that you have witnessed or experienced. This is important in determining the type of haunt you may be experiencing.
Could you please tell me everything you know about spirits (good, evil)?
Spirits, basically, are just people who have gone over to the other side. You will run into nasty ones, nice ones, loving ones, cantankerous ones. They come in all shapes, sizes, dispositions and descriptions. It is believed that there are entities, however, that have never been human and have not lived on our plane as such. These would also include angels, demons, devils. With the exception of benevolent angels, other disembodied entities can be highly unpredictable and malevolent.
Are ghosts real?
In our opinion, ghosts are real, however, it is not proven by science as of yet and the purpose of this site does not include converting people to believe. We have all experienced paranormal and psychic phenomena since early childhood and are aware at all times of activity around us as a family. A true believer never has to be convinced and a non believer will never be convinced. In between these two, is a good place to be, with an open mind, of course. We still question everything and eliminate what it can't be before we can come to any conclusion even though some of us have been doing this work all our lives. Always eliminate other causes before you come to any conclusion. Remember this subject is pure speculation until proven otherwise, and that hasn't happened yet.
Does a picture with orbs in it mean I have ghosts?
Absolutely not. Orbs are caused by dust, moisture particles, lint, reflections, etc. We could go on but you get the idea. Anything that can be explained by natural causes is not a ghost. You simply cannot take a picture of dust particles and call it a spirt/ghost, although several people love to make this claim. We can create orb photos at anytime, they are not spirits! No one has yet proven that orbs are spirits however, the opposite is true; we can prove they are likely caused by either dust, moisture, lint, snow, cat hair etc. We have taken photos of some really unusual things and have to question their origin, but again we can't claim they are spirits.
